Day 3: #HAWMC – Superpower
“If you had a superpower – what would it be? How would you use it?”
I’m going to boldly go where I’ve not gone before…and I’m gonna say that, without question, I *AM* a Super.
Not a Marvel…not a DC…not a Hollywood primped and toned starlet served life in a silver goblet.
I am a real-life, girl-next-door Super who manages five children, a job, a household and undertaking the planning of the most epic “Handfasting Huzzah” while in the throes of not one, not two, but multiple chronic afflictions.
Dude. I taught myself to SEW (Chronic badass Superability no: 17)….
So which superPOWER, exactly would I like to have?
“Reactive Adaptation/Evolution”
Damn straight.
“Ability to develop a resistance or immunity to whatever they were injured by or exposed to. This effect can be permanent or temporary.”
*jazz hands*
That’s right. I want the ability to use the afflictions themselves to develop a way to augment the evolution of my decrepit carcass to something full of knowledge, strength, endurance and health.
Kinda like Doomsday, but…y’know…nicer.
Like, polar opposite nicer.
*shifty eyes*
What do you see in her?
I see that I remembered to put my eyebrows on. 🙂
